Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to cancel a BetaPID subscription or close your account, and what happens to your data and billing afterward.

1. Overview
We aim to make cancellations transparent and straightforward. This Cancellation Policy describes how you can cancel your BetaPID subscription or close your account, and what happens after you do.
2. Subscription Cancellation
Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date will prevent the upcoming charge. Cancellations submitted later may not stop the next billing cycle, but no further charges will be made afterwards.
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription using either of the following methods:
- From your BetaPID account dashboard under Billing → Manage Subscription.
- By emailing support@betapid.com from the email address associated with your account, including your account ID or subscription reference.
4. Effect of Cancellation
Once you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the features and services included in your plan during that time. After the cycle ends, access to paid features will be revoked.
5. Billing After Cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund unless stated in the Refund Policy.
No additional charges will be made after the current billing cycle ends. If you believe you were charged in error after cancelling, please contact our support team and refer to our Refund Policy.
6. Immediate Termination
BetaPID reserves the right to immediately terminate any subscription or account in cases of fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, access may be revoked without prior notice and no refunds will be issued.
7. Account Closure
If you wish to close your account entirely after cancellation, you may request account closure by contacting support@betapid.com. Account closure is typically completed within 7 business days of verification.
8. Data Retention
After cancellation, account data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
9. Reactivation
Cancelled subscriptions can typically be reactivated from your account dashboard before your data is permanently deleted. If your account has been closed, you may be required to create a new account, and previous data may no longer be available.
