By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please discontinue use of the Services.

Information associated with your BetaPID account, including login credentials (securely hashed), subscription tier, organization membership, role assignments, and account preferences.

Payment Information

When you purchase a subscription or service, our authorized payment processors collect billing details such as cardholder name, billing address, and transaction metadata.

BetaPID does not store complete payment card information. Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

Device Information

Technical data about the devices you use to access the Services, including IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, time zone, and language settings.

Usage Data

Information about how you interact with the Services, including pages visited, features used, actions performed, dashboards viewed, API requests, error logs, and session timestamps.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers such as SSLCommerz, bKash, Nagad, Stripe, and PayPal. When you submit payment details, that information is transmitted directly to the payment provider over an encrypted connection.

BetaPID receives only a transaction reference, the status of the payment, and metadata required to fulfill your order. We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or PIN.

5. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers may process limited data on our behalf and are contractually required to safeguard it and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Our Services may also contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect user data.

These measures include TLS/SSL encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and continuous monitoring of our infrastructure. While no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, we work continuously to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
